General Care

To extend the life of your accessories, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid overfilling bags to maintain structure, and always use soft cloths for spot cleaning. Harsh chemicals, oils, or excessive heat should be avoided across all materials.

Bags & Wallets

Genuine Leather
Wipe down gently with a clean, dry cloth. Apply a leather conditioner periodically to preserve softness. Avoid direct exposure to water, and if wet, allow to air dry naturally. When storing, fill the bag with tissue paper to help retain its shape.

PU Leather
Clean using a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Do not use alcohol-based cleaners. Store away from direct heat and avoid excessive bending to preserve the finish.

Canvas
Spot clean with cold water and mild soap. Do not machine wash. Allow to air dry fully before storing. Use a soft brush to remove surface dust or dirt.

Jewellery & Accessories

Stainless Steel
Clean with a soft microfiber cloth to remove buildup. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or saltwater. Store individually to prevent scratching.

Gold-Plated or Coated Metals
Wipe gently after wear. Keep away from sprays, creams, or sweat, which can affect the finish. Do not polish aggressively as this may wear down the plating.

Travel Bags & Luggage

Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Wipe down wheels and handles occasionally to avoid buildup. Do not overpack to protect seams and zippers. When not in use, store upright or in a dust cover if available.
